Direct

See it first

Book a video call and we'll hold stones up to the camera and talk through settings. Forty-five minutes.

How long does a piece take?

Seven to ten days. We give you a date, not a range. Rush work is sometimes possible.

Can you work with my own stone?

Often — inherited stones especially. We assess it first and tell you if resetting is risky.

Do you buy back or trade up?

We credit the full original price of any Bagan stone against a larger one, forever.

What if I don't know her ring size?

Order your best guess, or choose "send me a sizer" when you order. Resizing is free for life.
