Shipping

• Free within the US, insured and signature-required.
• Outside the US, insured shipping is charged at checkout. You see the cost before you pay.
• Made-to-order pieces take seven to ten days. You get a date, not a range.
• 1–2 days in the US, 3–5 to Canada, the UK and the EU, 4–7 elsewhere.
• Outside the US, duties and import taxes are shown at checkout where we can collect them; otherwise they are due on delivery.
• No PO boxes, lockers or freight forwarders — insurance won't cover them.

Returns

• Thirty days, free, made-to-order included. We send a prepaid insured label.
• Refunded within five working days of arrival.
• Must be unworn, with the certificate if one came with it.
• Engraved pieces and pieces built around your own stone can't be returned.
• Exchanges are simpler than returns — tell us what you'd rather have.

Use the prepaid label we send you — it is insured and tracked, and an uninsured parcel is your risk, not ours. If you need the address:

Warranty

• Free repairs for two years, then at cost, forever.
• Covers workmanship: lifted claws, opened joints, loosened settings, metal fatigue.
• Free re-polishing and re-rhodium in the first two years.
• Not covered: loss, theft, accidental damage, chipped stones. We'll write a valuation for your insurer free.
• To claim, email your order number and a photograph.

Care & repairs

• Resizing is free for life, on any ring we made, however many times.
• Clean with warm water, unscented soap and a soft toothbrush behind the stone.
• Skip ultrasonic cleaners at home. Bring it to us instead — free.
• Take rings off for the gym, gardening and swimming pools.
• Send anything you wear daily back once a year for a check. Also free.

Privacy

• We don't sell your data.
• We keep what an order needs. Card details go straight to the processor.
• We keep your piece's specification so lifetime resizing and warranty work are possible.
• Ask for a copy of your data or its deletion and we'll do it within thirty days.
